4. RESPONSIBILITY:
As a Rotarian, I take full responsibility for developing into a knowledgeable and active member, with help from the Carbondale Rotary and Rotary International. I will exemplify the Object of Rotary in all my daily contacts and activities. I will abide by the Rotary International Constitution.
- You will receive an invoice quarterly via email. There is an option of a hot breakfast and drink service from Bonfire or just beverage service.
A quarterly invoice of $270.00 includes All Rotary Dues and hot breakfast: International Dues ($29.00), District Dues ($20.00), Club Dues ($78.00) Hot breakfast ($143.00)
A quarterly invoice of $179.00 includes All Dues listed above and beverage service only - ($52 per qtr for coffee, tea, juice).
$179 is the minimum financial commitment per quarter to support all Rotary efforts. You can break this up monthly by signing up for autodraft with your bank.
We do request that your decision of food service be made when you are inducted as a member. If you want to change your choice it must be done in writing to the Treasurer at the end of each quarter.
An additional option is to support the Paul Harris Foundation in the amount of $25 or more. All Rotary National Rotary projects are funded through this. Here is a link to set up a recurring amount. More Info
Payment options for your quarterly dues include:
- Write a check and mail to P.O. Box 538, Carbondale, CO 81623
- Set up auto-pay through your bank quarterly or monthly. Your bank will send a check to the PO Box above.
- You can pay Rotary International amount directly to them through your account (recurring and/or directed cause if you prefer) at www.rotary.org. The remaining balance would then be paid using a. or b. Above.
Currently, emails come from Joy Martin our bookkeeper (joyg60@hotmail.com) please create a filter in your inbox, so invoices don't go to spam. Please contact Joy directly if you don't receive an invoice by 1/10, 4/10, 7/10, 10/10.
- Consult your tax advisor regarding treatment of dues on your individual or business tax filing.
- “Happy bucks” can be paid in cash or through the Venmo account indicated during the collection.
- Periodically, members may be asked to make a donation for a variety of reasons. This is optional and to be directed (either local, district or international) as indicated for that initiative.
